Felizmente que reservei só uma noite !

Localização junto ao centro histórico e praia .E possibilidade de estacionar o carro . Só escolhi este hotel por uma noite , apenas por estas 2 coisas (porque era a minha primeira noite em Puglia e não queria procurar lugar para estacionar carro no meio de ruas que não conhecia e estar ao mesmo tempo perto de tudo.

Muito Mau em geral : quarto minúsculo , mobiliário antiquíssimo , chuveiro mínimo . O pequeno almoço é indiscritível : desde os funcionários que estão sempre a fazer um frete até à comida que mais parece um local de guerra onde racionam os alimentos .o Staff da recepção é mais gentil . Enfim , hotel 4 estrelas , só se foi classificado nos anos 70 . Porque hoje teria 2 estrelas no máximo . Não vale o preço . A NÃO repetir , seguramente !!!

Das Hotel hat einen Pool. Das Zimmer hat einen schönen brauchbaren Balkon.

Unser Zimmer war relativ klein. Die Dusche sehr eng und kein Druck beim Wasser. Das Bett relativ schmal. Wifi hat im Zimmer nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer war etwas abgewohnt und der Kasten kaputt.

„Kein 4 Sterne Hotel

Standort in der nähe vom Strand und City. Animation Mo Event

Wir waren vom 5. bis 12.August in diesem Hotel. Das Personal an der Rezeption war höflich mit der Aussprache, gab zuverstehen was andered. Als wir ankamen, gab es ein heftiges Gewitter und wir wussten nicht, ob es bis zum Abend nachlassen würde. Aus Sicherheitsgründen wollten wir fragen, ob wir Abends im Hotelrestaurant essen könnten (wir hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht). Wir haben die Anfrage gegen 14 Uhr gestellt. Die Rezeption musste beim Restaurantchef nachfragen, ob er noch Platz für 2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind hatte. Unsere Antwort erhielten wir nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen um 19 Uhr. Es wären keine Sitzplätze mehr frei und das Essen im Zimmer essen geht auch nicht. Auf die Frage, was könnten Sie uns anbieten, damit zumindest unser Kind etwas zu essen hat? Die Antwort kam: Ich weiß nicht, es ist nicht mein Problem. Natürlich durch die Blume gesagt. Zuberstehen dassrlbe. Als wir am nächsten Tag Frühstücken wollten, ärgeten wir uns über zuweige freie Tische. Nicht durch zuviele Gäste, viele Tische waren bereits um 8:30 Uhr zum Mittagessen gedeckt und konnten nicht genutzt werden. Der Service ist schlecht, wenn man Glück hat, bekommt man seinen Kaffee in ca. 10 Minuten, sonst wird man vergessen und man muss nochmals bestellen. Die Brötchen sind steinhart und die Auswahl dürftig. Das Hotel hätte ein schönes Ambiente, wenn die Infrastruktur besser gepflegt würde. Die Duschen am Pool und die Umgebung sind dreckig. Der Bademeister sitzt den ganzen Tag, nur morgens wird kurz das Poolwasser getestet und der Poolboden gesaugt, danach nichts mehr. Aber er hätte Zeit gehabt, die Duschen abzuspritzen und die Gegend mit einem Besen zu fegen. Das Handy ist wichtiger. Das Hotel hat kein Interesse an zufriedene Gästen. Ich werde auf keinen Fall wieder in dieses Hotel zurückkehren, ich habe mich nicht willkommen gefühlt, ich fühlte mich als sei ich eine Belastung. Das Einzige, was wir loben können, sind die Mädchen von MO EVENT (Karol und Simona).

Convenient location and helpful staff

The location was convenient for us as we were there to participate in a Triathlon race. Friendly helpful staff.

The bed was too hard for me and the pillows were lumpy.

Pretty close to the center of Vieste and private parking.

The pool is not open in the afternoon and requires a swimming cap. The hotel mentions access to a private beach but you still need to pay extra to go there. The shower was extremely small. The breakfast was pretty chaotic. When asking for assistance with booking biking activities close by, the staff was not able to help us. The price for the room was quite expensive for what we got.

often empty of food, up to an hour before breakfast was over. Dirty and unattractive pool area. There was not always a lifeguard during the pool's opening hours. Very expensive hotel compared to the standard.

Très propre, personnel tres agréable. Proximité du site a visiter

Petit déjeuné tres basique. L’anglais n’est parlé qu’a l’accueil. C’est dommage car complique l’echange avec le personnel de salle. Bâtiment très sonore. On entend les bruits des chambres voisines.

« Hôtel très bien situé dans une ville splendide et doté d'une très grande piscine. »

Très bon emplacement, il est facile de se rendre à pied dans le centre et la vieille ville ainsi qu'à la plage. La piscine est très grande et dotée de nombreux bains de soleil, on peut même profiter de séance "d'aquagym". Le petit déjeunet est rès bon. Le parking est petit mais gratuit devant l'hôtel.

J'ai dû acheter un bonnet de bain car il est interdit de se baigner sans dans la piscine et personne ne nous l'avait signalé à notre arrivée. L'accès à la plage "privée" est payant car nous sommes passés par booking: 20€ .

Emplacement idéal à 2 pas de la plage et de la ville; Grande piscine; Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet; Personnel sympathique ; Nettoyage impeccable.

Nouvelle pleine de jeux à proximité de l'hôtel assez bruyante et pas de bons fruits au petit déjeuner.
